• The mat is made with 75% of 2-7 mm Amethyst gems from Brazil and 25% of natural Black Tourmaline from China. 

• The warm stones naturally release negative ions and far infrared deep impact heat, which provides a range of health benefits.

• Amethyst concentrates crystal rays in the most absorbable wavelength range of 4-16µm with energy peaks at 6 and 12 microns to penetrate tissues up to 8 inches deep.

• The mats have a magnetism function. You can select from 13 Auto Programs or use the control wheel to adjust the magnetic frequency. 

• Tourmaline stone is famous for its pyroelectric ability to generate negative ions upon heat distortion. The pad directly conducts ions to the body, restoring the natural electrical fields of cells.

Our Classic MediCrystal® Mats come with a 2-year warranty, the longest in this industry.

We cover all other new MediCrystal® and ThermoGem™ products with a 1-year warranty. 

If you can find a better warranty than ours, show us the reference from another company's website, and we will match it. Additionally, we'll extend it by three months beyond their terms.

When there is an issue, we will replace your mat or controller free of charge, usually within a few days of your request.

Shipping and return shipping is free for warranty issues.

After the expiration of the warranty, we will take care of any necessary repairs at a minimal cost.

Our product warranties cover home use only. They do not apply to professional or commercial use. Please contact us if you plan to use our product in a spa or massage studio.
