DOES IPL WORK ON ALL SKIN TONES AND HAIR COLORS?

The more contrast between the melanin in the hair and the skin helps the device target the hair follicles more effectively. IPL is less effective on light blonde, red, or gray hair, as these hair colors have less melanin, and also on darker skin tones with dark hair growth.
